How can I reuse or recycle … old cushion stuffing?
We have a number of cushions and pillows around the house that are not exactly cushioning or pillowy any more. For want of a better word, I shall describe them as clumpy – the stuffing has clumped together into uncomfortable lumps – and no amount of fluffing (…that I can do before my arm gets tired) will redeem them.
It usually seems to be one of those situations that gets worse over time – which preventative regular fluffing can keep at bay – but washing them certainly seems to speed up the process.
Any ideas of how to bring them back to life? Or how to reuse the cushion corpse once it has passed over?

You can put all the fluff into one pillow.
Make sure it is clumped up a bit, but not too much. You now have a good pillow fight pillow. You could also just use it for mopping up small spills and leaks.
If you like knitting you can knit a teddy (or something) and stuff it with the cushion stuffing. Then you can donate the cushion covers to Oxfam.
Have your pet use it, I put fresh catnip leaves inside and my cat just can’t get enough of it!
you can cannibalize the stuffing for any bed pillows that have gone flat and make your pillow alot more comfortable or i use it to refill old stuffed pet toys that get disemboweled
That stuffing would be great for filling a pouf, saw them in Morocco and they sell them without filling so they can be packed in a suitcase.
You could also make a dammit doll, doesn’t matter if the stuffing is lumpy, you will beat the doll on your desk or whatever when you reach a frustration level.
how about using it to restuff your pet’s bed?
